Lag on SF3 server.

We are having a massive lag issue on Sky Factory 3. I have no idea what is going on. I'm getting a maximum of 3 frames per second and nobody else can connect. We really need help. Maybe someone has a chunk loader that is lagging out the server? It is unplayable. The sooner we get help, The better.
Edit: I think it is all my fault actually. For some reason there is a dead zone on my island and everyone crashes in it.
